Ok Lets See

1. Sign in to Google Webmaster Tools.
2. Click on the blog  title
3. In your site dashboard click sitemaps below.
4. Click on Sitemaps button as shown below.
5. Now click add/test sitemaps, add your sitemap
6. Paste Below Cord After Your Blog Address

  7. Click On Submit Sitemap   Now You Have Submit Sitemap Successfully.
