After that open Blogger> Pages> Create a new page> Apply the code below in the HTML tab

<div id="bp_toc">
</div>
<script src="https://cdn.rawgit.com/Arlina-Design/redvision/master/sitemap-content.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <script src="/feeds/posts/summary?alt=json-in-script&amp;max-results=9999&amp;callback=loadtoc" type="text/javascript"></script>

<style scoped="" type="text/css">
#comments {display:none;}
</style>

Then publish the page.

If on your blog there are already hundreds of articles, it is worth the high limit pages by adding style to the first code.

<div id="bp_toc" style="max-height:1400px;overflow:scroll;overflow-x:auto;">
</div>
<script src="https://cdn.rawgit.com/Arlina-Design/redvision/master/sitemap-content.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <script src="/feeds/posts/summary?alt=json-in-script&amp;max-results=9999&amp;callback=loadtoc" type="text/javascript"></script>

<style scoped="" type="text/css">
#comments {display:none;}
</style>

Please Change the value of Max-height on top as desired.

Finally See the Result.
